It is possible to redirect a link with the syntax #redirect [[<destination>]]

For example, for PFC, I put in simply #redirect [[perfluorocarbon]]

Nothing else must be added before or after or in-between.

If someone links to a page with redirection, (s)he will be taken directly to the destination. E.g., by seeking PFC, the Page that appears is headed:

You can link back into the original redirect page (e.g., for editing) by clicking onto the from page (in blue) such as the PFC in the cited example.
