| This site consists of a series of essays on a current evaluation on a number of energy and environmental issues and how it would be possible to improve the situation. These pages express my own opinion, based on a long experience of environmental engineering, observations made over a number of years and on discussions with others. Historically, it started out as specific to my home country, Cyprus, but this site is similar, but more globally oriented; all the essays have been modified with this in mind. The layout is also different, with three main expanded themes, as can be seen from the Sitemap. Also, we have tipped some definitions, recognisable by the black underlined text; it is sufficient to hover the mouse over the word, abbreviation or phrase to see a short explanation. Do not click it, otherwise you will be taken back to the top of the page. The site is not complete and additions will be made from time-to-time, so please bookmark it. If you wish to, please feel free to link the site or individual pages within your own web site. Everyone is invited to participate in discussions on environmental or energy matters in our new Bulletin Board forums or comment on the website itself.
